Remote sale of alcohol using biometrics is possible

Experts from the Center for Biometric Technologies (CBT), Rosalkogoltobakkontrol and other organizations discussed how to make remote alcohol sales more efficient and safe. The CBT reported that remote alcohol sales using biometrics are possible, and in this case the information system will be able to guarantee compliance with Russian legislation. The discussion of remote alcohol sales comes down to two issues: the first is related to the impossibility of transferring goods to persons who cannot receive them legally, the second is related to the possible increase in consumption.
